In recent years, more and more people have approached Neurotraining with one simple question:
“Could it help me too?”
The answer is that every journey is different, because every nervous system is unique.
However, there are some common reasons that bring many of the people I meet every day to Neurotraining.
1. To learn how to manage anxiety more effectively
Anxiety is not an enemy to eliminate. It is a natural response of the nervous system when it perceives a situation as uncertain or potentially threatening.
The problem arises when this state of alert remains active for too long, affecting sleep, concentration, emotions and overall quality of life.
Through Neurotraining, the nervous system can develop a greater capacity for self-regulation, supporting more flexible and adaptive responses to everyday stimuli.
2. To restore more restful sleep
Many people come to me because they struggle to fall asleep, wake up frequently during the night, or get up in the morning already feeling tired.
Neurotraining does not “treat sleep”.
It works with the nervous system, helping it regain a better ability to move from a state of activation into one of recovery.
And this is often what can also support an improvement in sleep.
3. To improve concentration and mental clarity
When the brain is constantly busy managing stress and hyperarousal, maintaining attention becomes more difficult.
Many people report greater mental clarity, an improved ability to concentrate, and a stronger sense of presence in their everyday activities.
4. To develop better emotional regulation
Emotions are not the problem.
What makes the difference is how effectively our nervous system is able to manage them.
A more regulated system allows us to respond to events with greater flexibility, rather than reacting automatically.
5. To take care of your brain… before it asks for help
This is one of the aspects I consider most important.
You do not need to wait until anxiety, insomnia or stress become overwhelming.
Taking care of your nervous system means investing in your wellbeing, your ability to adapt, and your overall quality of life.
An integrated approach
In my work, Neurotraining is a personalized journey that integrates complementary tools such as Neurofeedback, the Porges Protocol, and Neuro Active Coaching, according to each person’s individual needs.
After an initial consultation, we define the goals of the journey together. From there, we create a tailored approach designed to support better nervous system regulation, develop greater self-awareness, and turn change into a concrete and lasting experience.
Because every person is different. And the path towards greater balance should be too.
If you would like to learn more about how Neurotraining works and understand whether it could be the right approach for your needs, I would be happy to meet you.
📍 I work in Treviso, Milan, and online, by appointment.
