I help individuals and organizations create deep, lasting change that is aligned with their values and mission through coaching techniques and neuroscience.
After more than 10 years in multinational contexts and across different industries, I followed my calling for listening, conscious change, and human development.
Today, I bring these experiences together as a certified ICF Coach and Neurotrainer.
As a Neuro Active Coach, I support you in:
- Regaining balance, mental clarity, focus, and resilience
- Finding functional strategies to achieve your goals
- Training and creating new mental and behavioral habits
- Enhancing well-being, performance, and relationships
At the heart of my work lies defining actionable strategies and plans to reach your goals, through understanding and managing your patterns and emotions.
I combine coaching techniques with advanced neuroscience-based tools (Nonlinear Dynamic Neurofeedback, protocols developed by Stephen Porges, and psycho-cognitive and experiential exercises) to activate profound transformations at the cognitive, emotional, and physiological level.
As a Neurotrainer, I work with:
- Nonlinear Dynamic Neurofeedback: monitors brain activity and stimulates the brain’s natural self-regulation, improving focus, memory, and emotional balance
- Stephen Porges’ Protocols: through filtered music, they facilitate relaxation, connection, and presence
These are non-invasive, safe, and natural techniques that help rebalance the nervous system, strengthen stress management, overcome procrastination, and regain balance and clarity.
We work on both mind and body, generating lasting results aligned with who you truly are.
As Chief People Officer, I bring this approach into organizations, where I design and coordinate initiatives for organizational well-being, people development, and corporate culture. I integrate neuroscience, coaching, and training to improve climate, performance, and motivation.

Living for work? We chose to take a step back.
Federica De Vecchi was called crazy when she left a high-level position in a multinational company — surrounded daily by lipsticks, perfumes, and the biggest names in fashion and beauty. What many would call a dream job. But everything shifted the day her niece said, “Auntie, you’re never around.”
That was the moment she realized something had to change. “Today, I’m living a new adventure between start-ups and consulting.
I go running in the morning, and after 10 years in Milan, this month I finally made it to my mom’s birthday in Treviso.
I’ve found new hobbies, I smile every day, and I’m in a positive chapter of life — one that lets me meet truly inspiring people.”
